- New Horizon - NHC is a Certified Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), specializing in providing exceptional Account Management and Customer Service to small and medium sized business customers nationwide.
- Paetec – Integrated T-1 provider (local, LD and Data over same DS1) Strong in Government, Schools, overall service levels.
- XO – Another Integrated T-1 provider, more aggressive in pricing and more creative in applications when needed.
- InfoHighway – Verizon UNE-P provider. Excellent at providing hierarchical billing where Verizon cannot. Cut-overs are done more easily, and in most cases are done administratively.
- Allegiance – Good alternative in smaller multi-location accounts that are also requiring low levels of data and are not in DSL accessible COs. A good example would be where you could receive 10 1MBs and a 256Kb to the Internet for $414 per month

- Access NorthEast - Access NorthEast is a Network Service Provider offering Enhanced Internet and Wide Area Network Communication Solutions through its' Regional Authorized VAR and System Integrator Partners.
- Cable and Wireless – Tier One carrier, Cable &Wireless contracted ADI to manage many of their customers in the Northeast.
- Internap – Aggressive pricing, strong redundancy, collocated with multiple Tier One carriers in most major metropolitan areas.
- Broadwing – Provides fastest delivery intervals.
- Qwest – Great at delivering ubiquitous access across the US, aggressive loop pricing in most locations.
- Sprint – Higher priced, but overall great quality.
- AT&T – Highest prices, but a name everyone knows
Data Solutions
- Access NorthEast - Access NorthEast is a Network Service Provider offering Enhanced Internet and Wide Area Network Communication Solutions through its' Regional Authorized VAR and System Integrator Partners.
- Virtela – IP sec VPN provider with great technology using Springtide and Juniper routers. Virtela is highly technical, deliver service around the world through IBM Global Services and can deliver QoS and Class of service.
- Qwest – Good provider of shadow Frame Relay networks.
- Sprint – Strongest Primary Frame Relay provider in our portfolio.
- Broadwing –- One strong product called Multi Connect that allows a customer to purchase a DS3 and terminate T-1s in up to 28 locations (interlata only). Local Loop prices are either $100 (0-30 miles), or $200 (30+ miles).
- Towerstream – Wireless local loop provider based in Rhode Island and is strong financially. Only provides service in the RI and MA areas

- Zone – Resell at wholesale rates allowing clients to get real-time access to their account information via a portal they call the “dashboard”.
- CCI – Covista Communications allows for full service private label long distance including calling card services. Example Fleet’s current Worldcom calling cards could be replaced by a Fleet calling card.
- Sprint – Higher priced, but a must have in our portfolio.
- Qwest – Provides aggressive pricing for International termination.
- TNCI – Boston-based reseller of Qwest and Sprint, has been in business 10-plus years
